Daniela Zimmer founded High Priority Consulting GmbH in 2015 and has since then partnered with multi-national and local clients on their initiatives to drive transformative change.
For many years her professional passion has been to build up companies, develop business and capitalize on the opportunities of new markets and technologies.
Daniela Zimmer spent more than 20 years in leadership roles in multinational companies with full P&L responsibility. She led a multitude of projects successfully in time and budget before starting her own consulting business.
Her previous experience showed her, how important it is to use modern work environments and systems that are a good fit and tailored to the needs of the business - a well-accepted environment that allows employees and clients to accomplish their tasks with ease for real added value.
Therefore, her focus is to create and implement processes and solutions for highly functional, user-friendly CRM and ERP landscapes, acting as interface between business and IT-Teams. Pragmatic, hands-on and reliable.
State of the art expertise is vital in a fast-changing environment. Therefore, Daniela Zimmer accomplishes consulting as well as implementation assignments as Project Lead, Process Consultant and in Specialist functions. Because there is nothing like practical experience!
Her assignments include consulting for specific tasks such as RfP and PoC development, implementation partner and software selection, rollout plans or short-term measures for immediate go-live issues.
Daniela Zimmer also takes over longer-term assignments for digital transformation initiatives as part of the Program Board and roles as Project or Process Manager for end-to-end implementation projects.
She provides hands-on experience from many CRM and ERP implementation projects for complex, global rollouts.
